If receiving a second conviction on possession of drug paraphernalia the fine increases to $5,000 and includes the year prison sentence. Lastly, a third offense or more applies a fine of up to $10,000 coupled with a year prison sentence. Charges of possession have a tendency to cause far reaching problems into your future.
